I just am arriving from my work and walking out of the bus I saw myself right in front of me. It was just like my dream I had a while ago. It was me, but angry and this time he walked to me. I was so shocked I just stood there waiting to see what would happen. He keeped walking to me and went passed me. When I looked back the other me was gone. Nowhere to be seen. I felt shocked and terrified but he didnt' hurt me at all. I don't know if maybe I am just seeing things or if there really is another me xD But I can very much say this is freaky.

So this wasn't a dream at all? You saw yourself in real life? I can't say I've ever done that before. It's possible you have a doppelganger. I'm a believer in the multiverse, too, so that always leaves doors open for this. Was the other you dressed the same?

No this time it was for real. And actually I don't remember if he was wearing the same clothes, I did not focus on that, just his face. But it seems weird because first I had a dream and then he come in real life? It feels like it was a warning... I felt scared the entire of the time but he didn't hurt me so... I don't know what to think. Maybe I am losing my mind finally xD

This is a period really really strange. The energy is changing in the whole world, maybe it was an astral travel due to this energy really really strong. Sometimes it happens when you are awake...but i'm with 1337F0X, be careful it's not always a good sign...

Ok... This time I saw myself again but this me tried to hurt me. He ran to me and I was scared but I was getting ready to punch him but he ran right through me. He literally ran right through my body and I felt a discomfrot in my chest but it did not really hurt too much. But when I turned around he was not there again. I really feel like I am losing my head because this is already happening a few times and I am getting very freaked out. I don't know if I shouled call the police or something. They probably will think I am crazy so I don't know what to do...I feel more paranoid every day and I cant just stay in my house I have to work and do a lot of things...Do anyone know of any forums that can help me with this orsomething...anything...

Sounds like you have a doppelgänger.
Now there are two types of doppelgängers:

I mean, the usual casual story of a doppelganger is that you'll die 3 days after you see yours, and it's already been 3 days, so... sure you're not hallucinating? I don't ask that to be demeaning at all, genuinely if you're hallucinating try not to be afraid, because it's not real. Especially if it tried to hurt you but ran through you instead- that makes it more clear that even if it's an angry spirit of some sort, it can't hurt you even if it wants to.

I've also heard of another type of doppelganger as well. This one isn't malevolent, although it can appear to be. These doppelgangers are meant to warn you of a terrible event that will befall you in the future, usually your own death. I read in a historical article that Abraham Lincoln had seen his doppelganger during his presidency. His wife took it as a sign that he would not make it through his second term...and look what happened. |

I have not seen the other me in a while, so I think I am safe for the momentary. But I am still a bit worried he will come back. I am thinking of visitng the doctor soon, but I just have no time in my day to make appointments like that. It is hard to pinch into my hard schedule xD But I will post if he comes back. Yeah that's not a bad idea! Don't ever be afraid of looking for a medical reason for our experiences. Don't want to convince ourselves that we are seeing something if something else is going wrong. Keep an eye out, put up your mental wards, and just pay attention to your surroundings. You're gonna be fine Dami.

I actually got a lot of horrific hallucinations from my anti depressants. I never saw myself, but I could see my family. Specially during the night right as I tried sleeping. If you take any meds that work with your neurosystem, check out the side effects. If they're the cause, schedule an appointment with your doctor. I wouldn't say drop them immediately because I don't know what meds you take and for what, so just try dealing with everything the safest way possible.
Hopefully no malignant spirit has latched on to you, lol. At least if it's a hallucination, you can take care of it.
