It's definitely difficult to say what would happen or what we would do or how different we would be if only a single aspect of our lives were different-- but just for fun, what do you think you'd be doing if you never found out about Digimon?

How different would your life be, where would you be? And not just real Digimon. This includes the franchise as well.

For me, I think it would have been a matter of life or death honestly. Thanks to me having discovered this community I met a lot of good people, including 2 of my best friends. And without those best friends I would have died off, lol.

Not to be dramatic, but the only reason I haven't gone through with it is because I find the idea of me disappearing and them never knowing if I died or not, very terrifying. I wouldn't want to ruin their lives like that and hurt them. And I wouldn't like it done on me either, so I'm trying to hang in there.

Plus, I'm still holding onto this hope that one day I'll be able to move out and things will get better, but it's hard y'know?

Anyways, what about you nerds?

It would have been harder for me to make friends as a kid that's for sure. I also probably wouldn't be as into anime as I am now.

The show left a big impression on me. Also, I likely wouldn't have gotten quite as much into anime.

And my answer is I think I would just be the same being truthfully xD I would have discovered the digimons animes sooner or later.

I'm not sure. I spent a lot of my formative years (10 - 15) really committed to the community. If I didn't then I'm not sure I would have ever learned to be open to questioning the bigger picture. I think following Digimon and eventually coming to this community made me the person I am today. I'm open to experiences. I'm not a closed off cynic.
